Training:
- General club training on Tuesday 12th , 19th, 26th August & 2nd Sept (7.00 – 8.30)
- Ladies training then starts on 9th September (7.30 – 9.00)
- Junior training start also on 9th September (6.00 – 7.30)
- Mens training then starts on 10th September (7.00 – 8.30)
